How do I handle a missing signature?

1)      Missing Signature

Procedure: Signature Missing

From time to time, an officer’s signature will become detached from their user profile.  If your signature is missing when you click on ‘Insert Signature’ in Report Beam, you can still complete, print, and send the citation:

  • Report Beam will display the following warning:


  • Click on ‘Yes’.


  • Finish out the stop as you normally would.  Manually sign the citation.


  • Let the Clerk’s Office know your signature is missing and we will reattach it.
