1)      LEADS Data Not Populating to Report Beam

  • Update Virtual Partner:
    • Hold down ‘Ctrl-Alt-Shift-O’ keys all at once
    • Update will take few moments.  You will see a series of screens tracking the update process:

  • If that does not resolve the problem, Contact Clerk’s Office for a software update
