How Do I Add A New Officer?

From the IUCS MAIN MENU select OFFICER INFORMATION in the POLICE OFFICER section.

Select ALL in the Status field

Type in the badge number in the Badge Number field

click on the Search button

If record is found

  • click on the pencil icon corresponding to the line of the number you would like to edit
  • Click on the Create New Version button at the bottom
  • Fill in the correct information for the new officer
  • Click on Save button

If record is not found

  • click on (graphic here) Add Officer
  • Fill in the correct information for the new officer
  • Click on Save button


NOTE : Schedules cannot be entered for this officer until the officer's Sync Status column is SYNC
