I submitted my request for a validation code but I am not getting it – how do I get the code?
Answer – if you are a secondary user, have your primary contact check their email address. If it is incorrect, have them correct the email - then resubmit the request.
If the email is correct in the system then email Mary Heaton at DuPage County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
Inform her that you are unable to get your code – she will be able to give you that code.
