Why am I getting "Your Officer Information Has Not Been Supplied..."?

If you are seeing this message -

New installation of Report Beam?

Click ‘OK’ to continue log in. 

Wait until the following message appears

FormPackageUpdates.jpg

Then select ‘File > Exit’.

Start the ReportBeam application again.  If the original message appears again, create a trouble ticket by clicking here

You will not be able to use the ReportBeam application until this issue has been resolved.
