If there a ‘running man’ symbol on the system tray where the blue ‘VP’ used to be

- Update Virtual Partner by holding down the ‘Ctrl-Alt-Shift-O’ keys all at once. The update will take few moments.  You will see a series of screens displaying the steps that the process is performing.  When the process has completed, resume use of the application.
